Return and Refund Policy

 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • Product arrives defective

  • Product is damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

Notification requirements:

  • Within 48 hours for damaged/wrong items

  • Within 7 days for defective items

 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • CPUs, GPUs, RAM, SSDs, PSUs, motherboards

  • Software and licenses

  • Opened accessories

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items with missing serial numbers

  • Used or physically damaged products

  • Custom-built PCs (except hardware failure)

 Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories

  • Undamaged and unmodified

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Incomplete returns may be rejected or charged a restocking fee.

Refunds

Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • Store credit

  • Bank/credit card reversal

Processing time: 5–14 business days.

Refunds may be rejected if returned products do not meet conditions.
